A full day (8 hours) of my undivided attention on your website or design project

Strategy call one week before our design day to go through your list and get clear on what will be achievable
Confirmed date in the diary and a project that you can be sure won’t drag on and on!
Custom video sent within 24 hours, demonstrating anything you need to know about changes or additions made to your site.
Courtesy revisions of up to 2 hours within the next week, for any tweaks that are required.

HOW IT WORKS

01 Constultation & Booking

Step one is to book a consultation call via my contact page to discuss your project and what you hope to achieve from our day working together. We can identify the key priorities of your project. The call will be over zoom and will go for an hour.

02 Content & planning

I’ll send you a questionnaire along with a link to upload your content. As each project is unique, I’ll prepare a personalised list of exactly what you’ll need to send me in advance of the day along with any extra resources or guides I think might help you.

03 The Design Day

The day before, we’ll have a quick check in chat over Zoom to make sure we are on the same page about my to-do list for the day and that I have all the info and content I need to complete your project. I ask that you be available via email from 8am in your time zone in case I need to ask you any questions or send you anything to review.

FAQ’S

Naturally you will have some questions.

To make sure that we can make the most out of our day together all strategy, content (website copy, images, fonts, graphics) must be supplied prior to the design day. I will also need your wish list of your web design edits in order of priority before the day.
You need to be virtually available throughout the day. Providing quick feedback will be the key to making the day a success. Our quick communication will prevent any unnecessary delays or wasted time.
YES. You can pay ½ of the payment when booking and then the other ½ is due just before the Design Day
Since I have a very limited number of spots for Design Days, there will not be any refunds given. If you absolutely can't make our Design Day timeframe then contact me to see about rebooking your slot within 90 days of the original date.
During our consult call and strategy call I will be able to give you a very good idea of what I will be able to accomplish on your site.
Although I work quickly and efficiently it is important to note that you are not purchasing an end result, but a block of my time.
You have the option to book as many more full or half days that you want. If you prefer to follow the tutorial videos I provide and finish up yourself you can feel free to do that instead
Yes. I provide 2hrs of revision support within the next week to tweak or days answer questions about the work done on our Design Day. We well as provide custom videos for you to be able to update the pages I have designed for you.
My site is on Squarespace 7.0. Can you still help me still?
Yes I can, however I do recommend moving to the new 7.1 platform and not investing any money on a 7.0 site as Squarespace will no longer be adding new features or improvements to 7.0. I can help you move your content over to the new platform and get you set up with a more modern, easier to use site.
